I'm a fractional Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer with 15+ years building execution infrastructure inside some of the most complex, constrained organizations in healthcare, behavioral health, and the public sector.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, data, and technology — not as separate disciplines, but as a single system that either works together or doesn't work at all.
I've built operating models, performance management systems, and enterprise governance from scratch inside organizations where hiring was frozen, budgets were tight, and the political complexity was high. I know what it takes to create clarity, accountability, and momentum without adding permanent overhead or long consulting contracts.
